I really love the weekly classes with our Ustādh Abu Khadeejah. He makes them easy to understand and always makes sure everyone is with him. The topics and papers were all well-explained and organised. Even with being a busy housewife and mother, the lessons are always recorded to be able to revise them. Adding to the review I left last year, after completing two years with al-Ustādh Abū Khadeejah حفظه الله, I still hold what I said previously.
The curriculum covers not only the full A-Level Cambridge syllabus upon the Salafī way but goes far beyond it, explaining in detail ʿaqīdah issues, fiqh issues, the study of the various madhāhib, Islāmic finances, rules of inheritance, rules of zakāh, Islāmic history, the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ and some of his Companions رضي الله عنهم, and much more that I can’t summarise in this short review, always based on Salafiyyah and the explanation of the great scholars.
The format remained just as efficient throughout: detailed notes in (private) PDF before each class, recorded sessions, open Q&A for both on-topic and off-topic issues, during the lesson and outside of the lessons through WhatsApp, and graded assignments as well. He also gives bonus lessons free of charge. Last week, for example, he gave us 6 hours of lessons.
The Shaykh has always been approachable and patient, and his teaching style makes every lesson engaging and enjoyable. So I love him for the sake of Allāh. I’m planning to continue my studies with him after these two beneficial years as long as I can, especially since there’s a reduced price for those staying after the initial two years.
May Allāh reward him for his efforts.

As a wife, mother of three, and homeschooling mum, I needed a program that could fit into my busy schedule and the Advanced Level Islamic Studies course taught by Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah has been exactly that and more.
The sessions are thoughtfully structured and recorded, making it easy to keep up even on the busiest days. We’re provided with detailed notes, and there’s always support available whenever it’s needed. Despite my daily responsibilities, I’ve found the course to be both accessible and deeply enriching.
After each lesson, I feel a renewed strength in my eemaan, and I genuinely look forward to the class every week. It has become a source of motivation and consistency in my life.

Studying A-Level Islamic Studies with Abu Khadeejah has honestly been one of the best experiences of my education so far. The way he explains complex topics with clarity and depth is something you don’t get in most courses.
What makes the course even better is how great the lessons are. Every lesson is packed with knowledge, but it’s delivered in a way that’s really easy to understand. They’re never boring. In fact, they’re something I actually look forward to. Our teacher makes everything so clear and engaging, and the way he explains things just makes it all make sense.

I had completed the Islāmic Studies A-Level course with Shaykh Abū Khadījah (may Allāh preserve him upon goodness) last year. It had spanned over a period of 2 years, and I enjoyed my studies with him over the entire duration of the course.
It was an engaging experience for me, and the Shaykh shared with us a wealth of information based on the syllabus of the course as mentioned by Cambridge.
I’m currently redoing the entire course and have recently completed my 3rd year with the Shaykh.
I am not studying with the intention of clearing the Cambridge A-Level exam. My primary purpose is to benefit myself in my religion. It has personally helped me to be regular with the lectures, keeping in mind that I’m paying for the classes. A wide range of topics, including ʿaqīdah, fiqh, sīrah, etc., are addressed in the course, and I find the material very useful.
We have the added benefit of going through such content with a Salafī Shaykh who was recommended by Shaykh Rabīʿ Ibn Hādī (رحمه الله), and was recommended by other major scholars.
I would definitely recommend this course for the English-speaking audience.

I have now completed the A-Level Year 1 with Ustādh Abu Khadeejah (ḥafiẓahullāh), and I can honestly say that it has been one of the most eye-opening and beneficial learning journeys I have experienced. The course is filled with essential knowledge based upon the Book of Allāh and the authentic Sunnah, with the understanding of the noble Salaf of this Ummah.
At the age of 44, I’ve come across many matters during this course that I had never encountered before—neither during school nor earlier in adult life—and this has truly been a niʿmah (blessing) from Allāh. The fact that the course is delivered live via video, with structure and clarity, has made it accessible and engaging for students from all backgrounds. Whether male or female, anyone seeking sound understanding upon the manhaj of the Salaf will benefit from this programme, bi’idhnillāh.
One of the most appreciated aspects is the dedicated Q&A sessions at the end of each lesson. Ustādh Abu Khadeejah (ḥafiẓahullāh) is always willing to stay behind, address our questions, and clarify doubts with patience and wisdom—always referring back to the Qur’ān, Sunnah, and statements of the scholars. This has tremendously aided our understanding and connection to the material.
Alhamdulillāh, Ustādh dedication, consistency, and sincerity in teaching are truly appreciated. I ask Allāh to preserve him upon khayr, to reward him abundantly, and to increase in ʿilm and firmness upon the Sunnah.

It was a pleasure and a blessing from Allāh (the Perfect and Most High) to have the opportunity to be your student and learn from you in the intensive course A Level Islamic studies for the past 2 years, and all praise is for Allah.
Due to this course, I left with the ability to take notes during lessons properly, which is crucial when seeking knowledge and not only this, but you always ensured we were following you throughout the lesson, so no one was left behind or feeling confused. We were given the ability to ask any questions about the lesson at any time using the chat box. Whether male or female students, you gave us both equal opportunities to have our questions answered in a safe and appropriate learning environment.
Ustādh Abu Khadeejah also allowed us to ask questions which weren’t related to the course at the end of the lesson, as well as on our gender-segregated Telegram channels, alhamdulillāh.
Additionally, Ustādh taught in a very clear manner; even the notes he provided us, which he had authored himself (may Allaah reward him), were very, very clear and easily comprehensible. I enjoyed learning from Ustādh and genuinely learnt so much from him. The course has been engaging, intriguing and a great means to seek knowledge in the comfort of your own home with online lessons with a teacher whom Allāh has blessed with the ability to teach. The class has been a great benefit, alhamdulillāh, as it is a regular commitment to join other brothers and sisters to learn from a knowledgeable and engaging teacher. As students, we are always encouraged to ask questions to clarify what we are learning, and Ustādh Abu Khadeejah is willing to answer questions both on-topic and off-topic outside of our class time, which is a great help to us.
During classes, we always learned in great deal of depth across various topics, including extra learning relevant to our daily lives. I would highly recommend the A Level course to anyone looking to seek Islamic knowledge. Ustādh is a fountain of knowledge in a vast range of topics, and his passion for teaching this Islamic Studies course makes our 2-hour lesson feel too short! I came to Salafiyyah about 8 years ago, after spending 15 years with Tablighi Jamaat. When I began seeking knowledge from Salafi scholars, I had to start from scratch, but Alhamdulillāh, it was worth it.
A year ago, I discovered Abu Khadeejah’s Islamic Studies course and initially thought it might be too basic for me, given my years of studying ʿaqeedah and other subjects.
However, I encouraged four friends to join me, and we all felt the same way. But we were pleasantly surprised! The classes were engaging, interactive, and full of new insights. We looked forward to Tuesdays and found the sessions to be a spiritual boost.
